How this tool works
Rotate PDF turns pages by 90, 180 or 270 degrees. You can apply the rotation to the whole document or only to selected pages or ranges such as 2-5, 8.
When to use it
Use it to fix pages that were scanned sideways or upside down, to correct a landscape table inside a portrait document, or to prepare files for printing in the right orientation.
What to expect
The page content is not altered or reflowed — only the rotation setting changes, so every PDF viewer shows the page turned. Text stays selectable and the file size stays essentially the same.
Limits and important notes
Rotation changes how a page is displayed, not its content: an upside-down scan becomes an upright scan, not a retyped page. A few very old viewers ignore the rotation setting.
A practical example
A scanned contract with three sideways pages is corrected in one pass: pages 2, 5 and 9 are rotated 90 degrees, the rest stays unchanged.
