We use Sentry for error monitoring, crash analysis, and service reliability. Sentry processes technical error information required to identify faults, stabilise the application, and maintain security.
Sentry is used for technical operations and does not serve advertising purposes. Any storage that is not strictly necessary is handled in line with the applicable consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
5. Advertising Cookies
The free plan may display advertisements. Premium plans are ad-free and do not include advertising display as part of the subscribed user experience.
Advertising cookies and similar technologies are activated only after consent where legally required and only when an advertising provider has been configured. These technologies support ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent signalling for the ad-supported free plan on eligible public content pages.
6. Google AdSense and Future Ad Providers
Google AdSense is the active advertising provider for PDFCustom and is used only on eligible public pages in the free plan after advertising consent has been obtained. Google AdSense can use cookies, local storage, and related technologies for ad delivery, ad measurement, and fraud prevention on those eligible public pages.
Premium plans do not display Google AdSense ad units during normal subscribed use of the service. Google AdSense does not load when advertising consent is rejected or still unknown.
7. Personalized Ads
If you consent to personalized advertising, advertising technologies can use information such as browser identifiers, device information, approximate location, and interaction data to show ads based on inferred interests or prior interactions.
Personalized advertising is activated only after the required consent has been given.
8. Non-Personalized Ads
If personalized advertising is not enabled, we can display non-personalized ads in accordance with the consent settings and legal requirements that apply to your region.
Non-personalized ads are based on contextual information such as page content or general location information and do not rely on the same level of profiling as personalized advertising.
9. Consent Withdrawal
You can withdraw analytics consent, advertising consent, or both at any time. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
Analytics and advertising consent are independent choices. Changing one choice does not automatically change the other.
10. Cookie Retention
Cookie and storage retention periods depend on the purpose of the technology used. Essential and functional storage remains active for as long as necessary to provide the requested function or to store your choice.
We store your analytics and advertising choice for up to 6 months before asking you to review it again, unless you change the choice earlier or clear your browser data. Provider-specific storage can end sooner if you withdraw consent or clear your browser data.
11. Consent Management
You can manage your cookie and storage preferences through the consent dialog and the persistent privacy settings control available on the site. There you can accept or reject analytics technologies and advertising technologies separately.
We record your consent choices to ensure that your selected privacy settings are applied consistently across the service for the selected retention period.
