How this tool works
Reorder PDF shows your pages as thumbnails that you can drag into a new sequence. The export writes the pages in exactly the order you arranged.
When to use it
Use it to fix a scan that captured pages out of order, to move a cover page to the front, or to assemble a document from pages in a custom sequence.
What to expect
You get one PDF with the same pages, in your chosen order. Pages are moved, not re-rendered, so content and quality are unchanged.
Limits and important notes
Only the page order changes: you cannot crop, rotate the content or edit a page here — use the dedicated tools for that. The tool works on one document at a time.
A practical example
